Returns and refunds
We strive to provide best-in-class products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unaltered: The watch strap must be in its original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Within 30 days of purchase: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us: Please contact our customer support team at cs@poliri.com. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Packaging: Carefully pack the products undamaged in their original packaging, and place them in a cardboard box or envelope to prevent damage during shipping.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You have to use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We won’t take responsibility for unsuccessful delivery.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Note: Cash on delivery payments are refunded via bank transfer (your bank may charge additional fees).
Exceptions
- Custom orders: Custom-made watch straps are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item, you need to contact us immediately after you receive the package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
