These general terms and conditions regulate the relations between CINTORO.COM (referred to in these terms and conditions as the “Site”) and the persons using the online store, which is located at the web address www.cintoro.com.

The terms and conditions of use of the site may be changed at any time, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 147B of the ZPA.

The site is owned by the company Advertise On Line Ltd., with tax number BG201268170, contact phone number 00359887738555 and registered office at 31 Pop Bogomil Street, Sofia, Bulgaria (this is an administrative address and there is no store or warehouse on it, orders from the site are made only online).

The site can be viewed and orders can be placed by users freely, without the need for registration. The registration procedure on the site is voluntary and free of charge. Registration serves for convenience when shopping through the online store, offering the opportunity to view order history, save data for each order so that it does not need to be entered for subsequent orders. Each user who fills out the registration form can, by checking the box, agree or disagree that he wishes to receive future information emails about promotions, new products and campaigns (the user can opt out of receiving information emails at any time after completing his registration). To register, you need to fill out a registration form, following the instructions. The fields that must be filled in are marked with an asterisk. Upon successful completion of the registration, the user will have a username and password with which he will be able to log in to his profile created on the site.

Orders

Orders on the site are made only online, through the site’s ordering system. The site’s product catalog is available to all site visitors and no registration is required to view it. In order to place an order, the products that are the subject of the order must be added to the shopping cart. Each order must be confirmed and processed by the site’s team before being sent for delivery via a courier company.

All prices on the site include VAT and are displayed in the relevant currency, according to the visitor’s location.

Site visitors can choose whether to register on the site or place an order as a guest, i.e. without registration. The site is in no way responsible for errors in the product descriptions, as well as for the manifestation of factory defects in the products offered in the online store.

All prices presented on the site are valid only at the given moment, and the site reserves the right to change them at any time without notice. The prices presented on the site are final and include all taxes and fees, but do not include the delivery price, which is indicated separately before finalizing the orders.

Payment

Before completing an order, users have the opportunity to choose a payment method. Depending on the payment method selected, additional fees may be applied (if applicable). All components that form the final amount of each order are listed one by one above the order finalization button, and each user is required to familiarize themselves with it before successfully completing their order.

Payment methods may vary depending on your location. All payment methods that you can use are listed in the ordering process on the site.

Cash on delivery – with this payment method, payment of the order value is made upon receipt of the shipment, with the amount being paid to the courier. Refunds are paid only by bank transfer to the customer’s account in whose name the order was placed. For this purpose, the customer must provide a valid IBAN number to which the bank transfer can be made. If a client provides an incorrect IBAN number, CINTORO.COM is not responsible for the amount and may charge a fee for the transfer, according to the bank’s tariff.

Shipping

The delivery of orders is carried out by a courier company. In the process of completing an order, the customer has the opportunity to view the possible delivery methods (depending on the location) and choose the one he prefers.

The delivery time of each order is clearly indicated in the process of completing the order, so that the customer can assess whether the respective delivery time meets his needs and preferences.

Return and Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn and unaltered: The watch strap must be in its original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Within 30 days of purchase: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact us: Please contact our customer support team at cs@poliri.com. Provide your order number and reason for return.
• Packaging: Carefully pack the products undamaged in their original packaging, and place them in a cardboard box or envelope to prevent damage during shipping.
• Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You have to use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We won’t take responsibility for unsuccessful delivery.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Note: Cash on delivery payments are refunded via bank transfer (your bank may charge additional fees).

Exceptions

• Custom orders: Custom-made watch straps are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item, you need to contact us immediately after you receive the package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
